Impact session are ideally delivered over 1-2 lessons (approx 60-90 min)
IMPACT SESSIONS
For any questions about what we could offer your students please get in contact through the contact us form or call Peter on 0413 805 240
The Impact sessions have been expertly designed for Year 7-12 students, ideally fitting within 1-2 lessons (approximately 60-90 minutes). They deliver key and foundational messages surrounding the central theme of Spirituality, Faith, and Character, providing students and staff with the opportunity to engage and reflect on themselves, others, and the spiritual aspects of life. Our Impact session invites students to explore how they can become the best version of themselves. We focus on the question, "Who do you want to become?" as we have realized that if you can answer this question, others—such as "What do you want to do or have in this life?"—will become clear.
Moments of Character
More than a story
Using real stories of real people to unpack the character-defining moments and the impact grace, faith & character played. Often the hard choices lead us and others to easy times, this session highlights how challenges and decisions shape who we are. Looking at our personal standards and practice of Spirituality, faith, character strengths and resilience in the everyday prepares us for that one day we may need them.
Encounter the Heart
Seeking holy ground
Spirituality is not simply a "Sundays Club"; it is an invitation for everyone to discover their true self. it’s the places we go to seek the highest, we find a holy ground. It is on this holy ground we discover our unique abilities and look and become the best version of ourselves. Take the example given in the lives and charisms of the saints, we see how their personal relationships with Jesus offered them a sense of belonging, singleness of purpose, and vision for their lives. We are reminded that every saint has a past, and every sinner has a future.
Become Bullet Proof
Weather the storms
Dive into the practical principles to foster a strong character, empowering participants to reach their potential and break free from the shadows of their self-limiting beliefs. This program equips individuals with actionable strategies to build resilience, embrace personal responsibility, and develop the confidence to overcome challenges, unlocking their full potential ultimately to become the best version of themselves.
The Freedom To
We all have the choice
Understanding the difference between transactional freedom (freedom from responsibility) and transformational freedom (freedom to be responsible). This session explores how reframing freedom and failure can bring us closer to a life of purpose, daily discipline, responsibility, and mastery… the best version of ourselves. By shaping our habits, we ultimately allow them to shape us in return.
A Culture of Character
Together We rise
This theme dives into the profound relationship between individual character and collective culture. Through engaging discussions, real-life examples, and reflective exercises, students explore how one’s strength of character virtues like integrity, humility, and accountability influence their culture. Provoking students to consider what contribution they could make to create a culture of togetherness rather than self-interset. Look up from the screen and be rewarded by life lived in the real word.

Our Connect and Belong Retreats are authentic and inclusive of students who are at different parts of their faith journey. The aim is that after a Connect and Belong Retreat, each student will be more open to exploring their spirituality, and that the whole cohort will be more connected.
Details and Pricing
The investment for an IMPACT SESSION is $10+GST/student (minimum investment is $1250+GST, plus travel expenses - if applicable), plus travel expenses (if applicable). These sessions are run by The Character Project Team at your school with a whole cohort of students. The best venue is your school hall (or similar), as we use a learning, action and reflection process throughout the day. For the greatest impact, we recommend that classroom RE teachers / Home Room teachers / Heads of House are present and involved, as this has many benefits to the students and school moving forward.
“Pete was awesome as always!
The girls got a lot out of the session and I had some great feedback from them this morning. They loved how Pete kept them on track, but also how funny he was”
“We were extremely impressed with the presentation. The students were highly engaged and I felt that the session was a valuable one with a message that the students needed to hear. I don’t think it would hurt for the whole school to hear a similar message delivered that well every term. A great presentation. I was in agreement with all points. It was one of the most significant moments of the year. Empathy, consideration, social skills, emotional intelligence. I loved it! He was a character I could relate to”
“The session was brilliant. He was sensational and had the students engaged 100%.”
“Effective and yet highly humorous.”
